SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days from the order date.  Please note, it can sometimes take up to 5 business days to pack and ship your order.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Shipping with be automatically calculated at checkout based on where your order will be shipped and with your preferred method of shipping.  Orders in the amount of $100 + will be shipped FREE.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sass Uniquely Yours appreciates your business, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.  Due to the nature of our business, offering personalization all sales are FINAL.  We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

 

We will gladly accept cancellations within 3 hours of your purchase.  Please email us immediately at sassuniquelyyours@gmail.com to cancel your request.

 

Defective and Other Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received a defective or the wrong item shipped.  We will evaluate the issue and ensure you are completely satisfied with our services.
